The summer solstice on June 21st is the longest day of the year, a time to honor the sun through the practice of Surya Namaskar, or sun salutations. You’ll warm up your body and strengthen the mind-body connection through gentle therapeutic movements. We’ll then explore variations on flowing movements that are accessible to more bodies. Sequences will be done slowly with guidance. Includes 1 week of recording access.
