Through simple breathing and meditation techniques, and slow, intentional movement, this class provides you with an opportunity to tune into your body without needing to push yourself. All poses will be done lying down or seated (on the floor or your furniture), and the entire practice will be fully adaptable to your needs. All levels of experience are welcome. Class will be recorded and can be viewed online for one week after the class occurs for those who can't attend live (no downloads).
